Stephi has assisted clients with their conveyancing and property needs since 2008. Stephi began as a receptionist in a property law firm and worked her way up from secretary to paralegal and now holds the position of Conveyancing Manager.
As Conveyancing Manager with Sabdia Lawyers, Stephi focuses on providing outstanding client services and assists clients with:
- General pre-signing Contract review
- General Contract advice
- Conducting searches
- Liaison with Financiers
- Facilitating PEXA Settlement
Stephi’s aim is to build long-term relationships with her clients, real estate agents and brokers and simplify the process of conveyancing for those new to the property market. Having worked in the industry for such an extended period, Stephi holds the hands-on knowledge and experience to assist clients with navigating tricky situations or steer clients in the right direction to have issues resolved in a timely manner.
Stephi maintains spreadsheets and synchronises her processes to ensure developers, referrers and their networks are fully up to date with any transaction.
Stephi was raised in a small cane farming community called the Burdekin which is primarily made up of Italian immigrant families. She enjoys going to the gym where she strives to improve her strength in powerlifting. She is also an avid recreational hunter assisting State Parks in the control of pest species such as foxes, deer, and wild pigs. She is also a globe-trotter, having traveled to Italy, England, Scotland, South Africa, Tanzania and Namibia.
